    Current progress - STEPS 1-2

    Wastewater Treatment Plant
    • Repairing existing system components
    • Increase operational efficiency with modern equipment
    • Meet current regulations to ensure compliance
    • Maintain functional capacity for the foreseeable future

    Ashbrook Hall renovation
    • Build interior wall to divide the space
    • Meeting room with padded chairs and new audiovisual equip.
    • Dining room with tables/chairs and buffet-style meals
    • Climate control for both new areas and the kitchen

    Cost estimate: $120,000

    Funding status: FULLY FUNDED

    COMPLETED!!

    Youth cabin renovation
    • Upgrade 4 of the current youth cabins
    • Remodel interior and exterior with new doors, windows, etc.
    • Insulate and climate control
    • Add bathrooms and showers to each

    Cost estimate: $120,000

    Funding status: FUNDED

    Estimated completion: Winter 2025-26

    Staff housing
    • Identify locations in current campground area
    • Prepare sites for houses (modulars)
    • Address infrastructure needs
    • Build/remodel up to three staff housing units

    Cost estimate: up to $360,000

    Funding status: $265,000 funded and pledged

    Estimated completion: 2026-2027

    Kitchen upgrade (1 of 3)
    • Begin replacement of major equipment
    • Remodel/update interior space 
    • Reconfigure layout for efficiency

    Ashbrook Hall exterior
    • Construct steps/pathways on hill for safety
    • Add firepit and seating at the lakefront
    • Rebuild/expand small dock

    New cabin (1 of 7)
    • Build new cabin near the 4 renovated cabins
    • Use previous design as template
    • Finishes this cabin "zone"

    RV lots
    • Designate 4 spots beside new cabin area
    • Clear and prep areas
    • Pour pads and hook up infrastructure
