Staff Information

A well-qualified volunteer staff is essential to the success of the Peniel Bible Camp program. Serving God through the camping ministry is both a privilege and a responsibility. We are looking for Christians who demonstrate godly conduct and are efficient, prompt, enthusiastic, cooperative, and willing workers. Serving at Peniel Bible Camp has proven to be a wonderful opportunity to grow in your personal commitment to Jesus Christ.

Below are the dates and age requirements for the 2024 camping season.

  • Men and Boys Retreat - May 2-3 (10th grade or above)
  • Junior 1 - June 16-21 (completed 11th grade)
  • Junior 2 - June 23-28 (completed 11th grade)
  • Family Camp 1 - June 30-July 5 (completed 10th grade)
  • Family Camp 2 - July 7-12 (completed 10th grade)
  • Junior High - July 14-19 (one year out of high school)
  • Senior High - July 21-26 (out of high school and 21 years old)
  • Ladies' Weekend - September 5-6 (10th grade or above)
  • Couples' Retreat - September 26-27 (10th grade or above)

Please fill out the online form that is linked below. When you submit the staff application, a copy will be forwarded to your pastor, and he will respond to us with his comments. Once he does, you will be notified. When camp leadership has had a chance to fully evaluate staff needs, we will then inform you of any position(s) for which you have been accepted and approved.

* Ohio Law Notice to Current and Prospective Volunteers: In accordance with the Ohio Law 187 Sec. 109.575 effective march 22, 2001 all organizations and entities that may have volunteers who regularly have unsupervised access to children, the organization or entity must inform the person that, at any time, the person might be required to provide a set of fingerprints and criminal records check might be conducted with respect to the volunteer.
